BUSINESS MANAGEMENTA team of business managers handles the local strategy and operations in Egypt. Business managers work hand in hand with the teams down to the level of personal customers contact and key local competitive and marketing events.
MARKETING MANAGEMENTThis team is responsible for modality and competitive positioning management. Country specific competitive strategy, development of domestic modality knowledge and staff training are among the main functions of this team as well as marcom and event management too.
SERVICE MANAGEMENTThe function of this team is to develop the service capacity on all levels. This team makes efficient use of local service staff available in all territories in Egypt along with allocation and mobilization of field engineers among Egypt. Spare parts, installation and service tools inventory, logistics and mobility are handled by the service management team. Spare parts and tools are kept in central inventory.
PROJECT MANAGEMENTProject management leads project team who is communicating effectively through all stages of a project's lifecycle, delivering high quality and de-risking project schedules & budgets.
APPLICATION MANAGEMENTOur responsibility doesn't stop at delivering and installing equipment; we make sure the medical staff of our customers are well trained on how to operate the equipment to get optimum clinical benefits and maximum return on the investment.
